We recommend online booking, but you can also just show for the class that you would like to attend and pay directly at our premises (naturally, we accept credit cards).
Online booking:
Short Classes
To book our 1 hr Wine Express & 2 hrs Tuscan Classics, or the Tuscan Wine Lovers day by day option, go to the class page and scroll to the bottom and click the "Book your class now" button.
Then follow these 4 steps:
1) Select your preferred date
2) Click on the scheduled class below and view availability
3) If available, click "new reservation" and insert your name, email and no of participants
4) Review your information and proceed to payment
Longer Programs
To book the Tuscan Wine Lovers Week & the WSET programs, you need to register first. Please follow the booking buttons on each page to sign up following the steps of the program and pay in the end.
Students' special
Student Discounts 20% off only on Tuscan Classics (2 hrs) or Wine Express (1 hr).
You cannot book through our on-line payment system. Please show up for class and pay for your class directly at the wine school. Valid student card has to be shown at the time of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Short classes + Tuscan Wine Lovers Week
In the unlikely case that you are unable to
attend, your payment will be refunded
or partially refunded according to the following system:
Your payment is fully refundable up to 60 days
before your class
From 60-6 days before your class date, a 50%
refund is available.
6-0 days before your class, not refundable.
Our
flexibility:
You can, however, reschedule your class if you give us time to organize it (please email us at least 1 day in advance).
Please notice that it is your own responsibility
to be on time for the class. We do not refund if
you are late or do not show up!
WSET programs
Should you need to cancel the WSET program, you can either reschedule or email us to cancel at least one month in advance and we will refund your fee.
If we have to cancel
Tuscan Classics & Wine Express run with as
little as 2 participants, so we would never need
to cancel.
The Tuscan Wine Lovers
week program and the WSET programs are guaranteed to run with a minimum of 4 participants. If you are the first to sign up and you are less than 4, you will receive full refund if the program doesn't run because of incomplete number of participants.
