Day 1 – Viticulture & enology in Tuscany and in the World
Tuesday (from 10 am – 12 am)
Day 2 – White wine regions featuring native grapes
Wednesday (from 10 am – 12 am)
Day 3 – Reds from Northern Tuscany – featuring in particular Chianti Classico
Thursday (from 10 am – 12 am)
Day 4 – Reds from Southern Tuscany – featuring Montalcino & Montepulciano
Friday (from 10 am – 12 am)
Day 5 – IGT & Super Tuscans – featuring in particular Bolgheri
Saturday (from 10 am – 12 am)
Day 6 – Dessert wines – final TWS diploma
