Fermentation: with selected yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks
Ageing: 18 months of which 12 months in stainless steel tanks and 6 months in medium sized barrels of French oak

A fruity wine that is authentic and genuine, expressing the bright floral aromas and ripe fruit flavors that is so typical of the everyday Sangiovese from the Tuscan hills, with a notable acidity and dry finish that is so suitable for the everyday dishes that are enjoyed there. The addition of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon donate a particularly varied bouquet and freshness to the wine.
