Harvest: manual harvest in perforated crates, mid to end of September, with meticulous selection at the sorting table
Fermentation: with indigenous yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, long maceration on the skins with frequent pump-overs.
Ageing: 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels selected by Stockinger
Refining: 12 months of bottle refinement before market release
Alcohol: 14%
Color: intense ruby red color with garnet shades
Nose: enveloping and intense, ethereal aroma with fruity notes, well blended with hints of the sweet wood in which it refine

After at least 3 years in large barrels of Slavonian oak, this selected Sangiovese acquires a seductive, subtle sweetness that persists with impossible length. A sophisticated wine whose complexity is best enjoyed with dishes of comparable intensity.
