Vineyards: divided in three parts, one from 1974, one from 2001 and one from 2006
Soil: really good skeleton , sand and marl
Yield: 4000/4500 kg/ha
Harvest: manual harvest beginning/half of October
Fermentation: with indigenous yeasts ,according of the year between 35 and 45 days of maceration on the skins in small steel tanks ,without temperature control, manual stirring and without using pumps and sulfites during all the period
Ageing: minimum 1 year in french oak barrels 2,25 Hl and 5 Hl, where the wine makes spontaneously the malolactic fermentation and matures on the noble lees which are maintained in suspension by batonnage for the first 5 months
Refining: in bottle for min 8 months
Bottle production: 2500 bottles 0,75l
Alcohol: 13.5%
Color: deep ruby red with garnet shades
Nose: ripe black fruits, eucalyptus
