Fermentation: so pressing of the full grapes (0,6 atm), static se‑ling at 8°C for 24/36 hours, fermentation in small tank for 3 weeks.
Ageing: in steel tank for 5 months of maturation on the noble dregs.
Refining: in bottle for min 8 months
Bottle production: 2500 bottles 0,75l
Alcohol : 14%
Color : intense straw yellow
Nose: tea, peach, tropical fruits

A wine of great concentration and freshness, thanks to the maceration on noble dregs followed by stainless steel aging, that marvel the senses on its own or as an accompaniment to food.
