IGT Rosato Rivale - Casanuova delle Cerbaie

€16.00Price
  • The Rivale Rosé is the latest addition to the winery’s assortment, a wine of limited production obtained by bleeding the Sangiovese Grosso from their “Cru” vineyard of Montosoli, the same grapes destined to become Brunello Riserva. After just a few hours of maceration, 15-20% of the juice is removed to continue the vinification away from the skins. The wine has a light color and consistent body, notable fruit and shows the very Montosoli: a unique, salty mineral character.
