IGT Rosso Micolore - Cava d'Onice
This approachable young wine is particularly fresh and fruity, named after Simone’s daughter, Micole, as well as being a word-play that means “my colour”. It is a very uncomplicated and pleasant expression of Sangiovese that is most enjoyable served a little chilled in hot weather.
