Obtained through a brief maceration on the skins and then “bled” from the must that is destined to become Brunello wine, this intense and dry Rosé offers raspberry aromas and an unexpected, mouth-watering freshness and persistence that can be enjoyed on its own or with fresh cheeses, vegetable timbales and fried fish, as well as seafood starters.
