Fermentation: small French oak barrels for 10 days, followed by 15 days of maceration on the skins
Ageing: small French oak barrels and bottle refinement for a year

Color: Brilliant, deep ruby-red with some crimson highlights
Nose: It opens with floral aromas and red berries like blueberry and blackberry. Subsequently, some toasted aromas (e.g. coffee) come out.
