Cultivated in the middle of an oak forest on the west side of the Montalcino hill, this Sangiovese expresses a symphony of fruit and herbal aromas. Almost 30 months of aging give this Rosso an impressive, broad structure which reveals great minerality and a surprisingly long finish. Ideally served with aged cheeses, rich and tasty pasta dishes or roast meats.
